Shipping Policy
Once shipped, DOMESTIC orders are in transit around 3-5 business days*
Once shipped, INTERNATIONAL orders are in transit around 6-13 days*
*This is the USPS estimated shipping time. If it is during the holidays, please be aware shipping delays can happen.
International orders CAN NOT BE TRACKED once they leave the country, and therefore if you are placing an order from out of the country, we can NOT refund lost or stolen orders. This rarely happens, and usually find that your package is just tied up in customs.
If your Domestic order goes missing, we can locate it with your tracking number and find where it was last dropped off. Sometimes it's just at your neighbors house, sitting at the post office, or simply hiding on your back porch.
Refunds and Exchanges
All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of customer receiving them. Buyer pays all shipping expenses unless Slow Loris totally screwed something up, and in that case of course we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
We want you to be a happy customer so please email us at sales@slowloris.com (Please put "Refund" or "Exchange" in the subject box) with any problems. We can fix it!

If you would like to make an exchange, please include a note stating what you would like, with $4 dollars tucked inside for return shipping.
Please make sure your desired item is in stock. If not, we will refund you for that item.
No washed shirts may be returned. We can easily tell, so please don't try.
